All building permit applications shall be submitted to the Hollis Building Department in person during normal business hours. Applications will not be accepted by mail.

To view Archived Building Permits online use the link on the left side of this page. Then enter an address (Ex. 7 monument) in the Address box on the right and press Enter.

Effective July 6, 2022 all new plans and permits will be operating using the Building Codes listed here. Open permits will be regulated by the codes in effect at the time of their origination

Remember Event Specific Signs require a sign permit and an approval sticker.

The Town of Hollis processes violations of Building Code and Zoning Ordinance on a "complaint" basis. If you would like to submit a complaint, please complete this form and return it to us.
