Narrative:
In June of 2009 the Hollis Police Department took a report from a local business that they had purchased two medical devices from a subject that were later determined to be stolen from a hospital in Massachusetts. After an investigation by the Detective Division, a suspect was identified. Junior Luiz was arrested and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen property. The medical devices were valued at over $10,000 a piece.
After being arraigned in July of 2009 and posting $10,000 bail, Luiz skipped out on bail and fled with his family to Brazil. He is believed to be in the company of his wife, Fernanda Marins Luiz, and his two daughters. Narrative:
In May of 2010 the Hollis Police Patrol Division responded to a residence in Hollis for a report of a theft. It was determined that the homeowner had hired a cleaning service to clean the home and one of the employees had been stealing cash from the homeowners wallet. After the employee was seen on surveillance committing the theft, the homeowner called the police. Iris Duran was arrested, charged with theft and later released on $340 cash bail. Name: Anthony J. Capen

Charge: Violation of a Protective Order - Class A Misdemeanor
Narrative:
In April of 2010 the Hollis Police Patrol Division took a report from a female victim regarding a violation of a protective order. The victim had sought and received a protective order on Anthony J. Capen barring contact with the victim. Capen violated that order and was arrested for Violation of a Protective Order and Stalking. In May of 2010 Capen plead guilty to Violation of a Protective Order and was sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction, which was deferred on the condition of good behavior and no contact with the victim. Capen violated those conditions and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Capen was last known to be living in the Dover, NH area and working as a laborer.

Narrative:
In July of 2006 the Hollis Police Patrol Division took a report from a female victim regarding Criminal Threatening. The victim stated that her ex-husband had contacted by telephone and threatened to kill her. Based upon the investigation, a warrant was issued for Augusto charging him with Criminal Threatening. Name: Ronald M. Garland

Narrative:
In June of 2011 the Hollis Police Patrol Division responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence. After an investigation it was determined that Garland had assaulted his girlfriend and then fled the residence. Garland was later arrested and plead guilty to Simple Assault, receiving a sentence of 1 year in the House of Correction deferred on the condition of good behavior. Garland violated those conditions and a deferred sentencing hearing was scheduled for March of 2013. Garland failed to appear at that hearing and a warrant was issued.

Description: White male, 5'11" tall, 170lbs, brown hair, brown eyes.
Narrative:
In July of 2009 a Hollis Patrol Officer stopped a pickup truck, occupied by 2 male subjects, on Broad Street for a motor vehicle violation. While the officer was speaking to the driver outside the vehicle, the passenger jumped into the driver seat of the truck and fled the stop at a high rate of speed. The male suspect subsequently ran from police in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Through subsequent investigation, the suspect was identified as Joseph Stanley. Stanley has family members in various states throughout New England and is believe to have fled the state, possibly working for a paving company.
